When you hear the word ‘masterminding’, what is it that you think of? If you don’t immediately think of a group of success minded people who want to meet and feed off each other’s ideas and energy then you’re in the right place!

The mastermind group is the entrepreneur’s version of the corporate think tank, where new ideas are bounced around, existing ones are re-analyzed, and where ‘out of the box’ thoughts can be expressed in a supportive environment. Even if this is a fairly new concept for you, the idea here is to become familiar with the concept of masterminding so you can either become a part of a masterminding group or even start one of your own.

The power of networking is unmistakable in just about any business and especially so when it comes to real estate investment. The reasons for this are pretty basic. So what is network marketing, anyway? Network marketing is establishing business relationships for purposes beyond the reason of the initial contact. Like millions of others you are probably wondering where you can attain the greatest and safest return for your money in the shortest period of time. Finding the right investment vehicle can be very difficult to say the least. The stock market can give you stable long term appreciation potential if you diversify and hold for a number years. Sadly, however one downturn in the market and years of gains can be wiped out overnight. Unfortunately, most Americans will stop looking for other ways to higher yields. They will leave their money in the stock market and must continually hope that when they are able to retire the market will stay strong and not suffer a downturn. In addition, when they are enjoying their retirement many will have the added burden of having to constantly watch the market to make sure their nest egg stays intact.

The best way to understand a corporation, limited liability company (or even a limited partnership) is to realize that each creates a special legal relationship or privilege between the business owner(s) and the government. These areas of government include:

1. State Government (including state taxing authorities and the state court system)
2. The Federal Government (specifically the IRS and the Bankruptcy court system)
