After a month of time out and being almost disconnected from my businesses, this is my first blog entry after being back. And I am going to share with you some of the beautiful impressions and lessons I learned during my vacation in Germany in this series of postings.

I am interested in any help you can direct me to for a target market “captive audience” for vacant residential lots in resort communities. I know the real estate market/economy situation, believe me; I have lost a LOT. However, with creativity and the right help, I know I can get these lots sold; perhaps with very little down a smalll monthly payment. I am behind in HOA dues and face foreclosure if I cant get a joint venture or successful marketin venue up and running asap. Please let me know if you can help. P.S., that website I gave you, I do not know how to design it, so you won’t get much out of that. I paid over 2K for the domain a few years ago and would love to use it.
