Jill Anderson
Jill is the Owner/President of New Home Options, LLC and Inspirivision Real Estate Investment company. Also, she is a licensed real estate agent with Guardian Realty and Investment Group and is an advisor to Core Mortgage Group, LLC, who offers a comprehensive selection of real estate investment financial products. Jill’s dedication to helping others realize their financial goals led her to break out of the traditional corporate mold and become a real estate investor, advisor and entrepreneur. In 2002, Jill became a major share holder in Spectrum Financial Group and then started her own real estate investment company. Over the years, Jill has purchased and successfully managed numerous investment properties that include single family and four-plex rentals, lease options, luxury vacation rentals and privately funded builder development projects. Prior to applying her expertise to real estate financial management, Jill Anderson earned 20+ years of experience in senior positions for Fortune 500 companies in the petroleum and pharmaceutical industries including three years as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Arizona Division of Express Scripts, Inc.— a top pharmacy benefit management company. Jill grew up in southern California, Pakistan and Greece, eventually landing in Ohio, where Jill attended Miami University of Ohio and Wittenberg University. Jill obtained her degree in 1983 and began her career in systems analysis and design in the oil industry. Upon relocating to Arizona in 1992, Jill began her management trek with health care companies, such as PCS Health Systems, Eli Lilly, McKesson, Rite Aid and finally Express-Scripts, Inc. As the Arizona real estate market soared in the early 2000’s, Jill pursued the development of her own real estate portfolio with the assistance of her broker. Many homes later and with the growth of a very successful real estate investment portfolio, Jill and her broker developed the New Home Options program so others could benefit from its social service and great investment strategy.
