I am interested in any help you can direct me to for a target market “captive audience” for vacant residential lots in resort communities. I know the real estate market/economy situation, believe me; I have lost a LOT. However, with creativity and the right help, I know I can get these lots sold; perhaps with very little down a smalll monthly payment. I am behind in HOA dues and face foreclosure if I cant get a joint venture or successful marketin venue up and running asap. Please let me know if you can help.
